I ordered a wedding cake from Sweet Coast Cakes and Candice was phenomenal. She executed the vision for my cake perfectly and actually the cake looked even better than the picture I had showed her. My husband and I came to Corolla, NC for our wedding and had no idea where to order our cake from. Based on the reviews from Sweet Coast Cakes that’s what we went with and it exceeded our expectations. We ordered cheesecakes bites and my husband doesn’t typically like cake but fell in love with the vanilla cake with strawberry compote and cream cheese frosting. Candice communicated with us and was so helpful in our selection process. She also was willing to give us suggestions on where to get lunch, etc. she is so personable and made our wedding so lovely!

Candice did an AMAZING job with my wedding cake. She designed it EXACTLY the way I wanted, and it tasted WONDERFUL. Everyone in my wedding party raved about how good the cake was. We also purchased sea glass candy from her to decorate our cake table and that was delicious, as well. Candice at Sweet Coast Cakes was the absolute sweetest (no pun intended) My fiancé and I used her for our cutting cake at our 10/04/20 wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous and delicious! She was easy to work with, explained everything up front and was very prompt with her replies. As a bride trying to plan a destination wedding during COVID, it was a relief knowing that we had found someone experienced and reliable. Would highly recommend and will be using her again in the future!

Candace was amazing!! We are so happy we chose her, everything was sooo delicious- all the guests couldn’t believe how good the cake was. We actually had a 2 flavor cake and some other treats. We over bought and everything was gonna by the next day!! She was so responsive and helpful before hand as well. If you want a personal touch - use her!!!! The hard candies are amazing and we also had s’mores cheesecake bites that she recommended sooooo good.
