There was this one male employee that was quiet but seemed very nice, tell him I said hi haha. :)

This place has gone downhill. They cannot support morning traffic without issues. If you go in the afternoon maybe they will give you what you order, but I have had some sort of issue the last 4 visits in the morning. I just can't rely on them any more unfortunately. It saddens me because I love their coffee and breakfast sandwiches. This last time I waited curbside 20 mins before I called and they told me it was just sitting there. I'm like aren't you supposed to bring out the curbside? They were like oh shoot, yeah. Didn't comp me or do anything for me and gave me lukewarm food at that point. That was just the last straw. I don't like complaining so I would rather just go somewhere else since this is going to be a regular thing.

They got the backup of cars in the drive-through cleared out quick in head snack and bacon available

EDIT 3 Years later...nnManagement change and complete overhaul of the work staff has turned this into what could only be described as a nightmare. The service is beyond slow. The children working have terrible attitudes and move ineffectively around the working area. I frequently wait 20-30 minutes from the beginning of my line waiting to full completion of the transaction. Whoever owns this franchise needs to take a long look at the staffing and change as many things as possible. This place is absolutely abysmal.nnMy Fiancé and I frequent this location, fast friendly service is something that we encounter every single time. I have never had a negative experience at this location.

Being from cape cod, I gotta have my dunkies...this one in Burlington has a great staff, and food always comes out correct and quick!
