I delivered a load at the Bankhead location and I must say I feel jealous. These guys come to work with smiles great attitudes, and they move as one cohesive unit with hand signals and proper unloading techniques works great as a team the work environment was so different I have been to thousands of companies to deliver loads, but nothing like this makes me wanna change my profession and put in a application would love to work with these guys ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f

Lights are out at 2 am after a beautiful day and it’s been hours now.... no clue what’s going on or why all customer service lines are off the hook. Just sitting in the dark while my 2 month old baby sweats... paying good money here...

Rudest and least helpful employees I have ever seen. Online billpay site is 15 years obsolete. unpredictable billing cycles. no autodraft option. Myopic and self defeating policies surrounding the Covid economic downturn.nThese dinosaurs would go extinct if their little municipal sponsored monopoly had to compete in the real world.

I have lived in New Albany for years and luckily have only had to call this establishment twice! The office staff are so rude, and unhelpful. If you don't like your job please find employment elsewhere. The only reason the employees are still there is because it's a necessity and there is no way of not giving them our business. The city should truly step in and take action, look at all of the reviews.... They're consistent with one another. People are trying to tell you something. That this establishment holds it's own business it is not because they have great customer service and internal staff.
