I just came in to buy a bath mat and I waited at the cash register for 5 minutes and no one showed up. So I sent a friend to go get one of the employees and she got back there and four employees were sitting around a cart full of folded towels and they were unfolding and refolding the towels. My friend informed them that no one was up front and they laughed at her. It then took another 5 minutes for someone to show up at the register and when she did she was absolutely and completely rude. I love Tuesday Morning stores and have been to many, the layout and cleanliness is up there with the best, but the customer service and employees are absolutely awful!
Great place to shop. Wide variety of items you don't normally see in other stores. Love the home decor area.
I have been shopping at this store for many years. I was disappointed when they moved from Lansing, Illinois to another Village not close to me. I later discovered it while shopping in Highland, Indiana. This was my secret place I shopped to find unique items. I also lived their purses, clothes, garden decoratios-- I loved everything about this store. I was disappointed again when this store closed down. Great loss for Highland. Some people think the prices are a little steep. Overall, great store.nJackie Sharp
