Horrible customer service now. Refuses to answer the phone and might answer an email but will not follow up. Not sure if they outsourced the customer service or just stopped caring.

I would give them a 0 if I could. NEVER returns phone calls. And NEVER answers the phone. I called for 2 weeks almost every day and left voicemail messages and only got them on the phone after spam calling them 10 times in a row. Was trying to explain to them the situation when they interrupted me and told me to have a good rest of the day and they would fix the problem but so rude.

I have lived in Starkville for four years and I have never heard of nor encountered a more useless water service. There are times my water is out every three weeks. I can track it on my call list. They blame old pipes. I have built a home I love but not having WATER makes me want to move.

I don't know why they even bother asking people to leave messages when they call because I have *never* had a call returned. Communication with customers is practically nonexistent. The people who answer the emergency line try to be helpful, but the people at the office during business hours act like they couldn't care less. I reported a water leak almost three weeks ago, and since then, I've had to call the office and emergency line multiple times, leave messages, and wait for promised return calls that I never got. There are still yellow flags and a big puddle in my driveway, and I've yet to be told what's going on, no matter how many times I try to call. Truly shoddy customer service.

I submitted paperwork for a bill correction 7 months ago. When they didn't fix it after a cycle or two, I submitted the paperwork again. And then a third time. They never fixed the error.
