Apparently they let my brother lay in his bed till his foot had rotted and leg had to be amputated just above the knee. I know my brother has probably been hard headed and was probably a mean one to deal with but he was there because he couldn't take care of himself. This was their responsibility to look after him regardless if his attitude and if they couldn't handle him they should of sent him somewhere else that could instead of telling us day after day ... Oh he's doing great! ... I shall report this haven't quiet fingured this all out yet as I am very upset at this time.

If possible, I would rate this place with negative stars. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Staff do not give patients baths and allow some patients to sit in feces all day. This place should be investigated and shut down. Patient mistreatment and staff inattentiveness are exacerbated by the current global pandemic because family and friends cannot visit unless approved for limited circumstances such as end of life. There may be some good medical professionals here but the bad apples overshadow them by a landslide. If you are thinking of sending your loved one here, please reconsider. I do not know anyone I dislike enough to say that person should come to Starkville Manor.
