Mark and Pam were absolutely phenomenal with their customer service. I would prefer to make the 30 minute drive to the Rolla store than the Saint Robert one. They were welcoming, helpful and willing to assist in every way they could. Not only did they help us found our sofa, they even delivered it on the same day for us. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Mark and Pam for your customer service.

This locally owned furniture company is amazing. They are a very caring and helpful team there. Furniture is very nice, great leasing and financing options available. Go talk to Mark, Pam, or Cameron for any of your living room, bedroom, or kitchen needs.

I am very please with the customer service I received at the time of our purchase in November of 2019. The total sale price was a bit over $3,000. I am glad I made the 4 hour drive to Paul’s Furniture Outlet from NW Arkansas. I recently had a challenge with a piece of my furniture and the owner Pam was responsive and very helpful.
