Great salesperson. Furnishings are priced right.
Had my sectional sleeper and chaise delivered yesterday. The delivery/assembly gentlemen (Bryan & Jimmy) were FANTASTIC. Professional and humorous. Made the experience fun. Took their time and made sure nothing had the potential to be damaged. Very impressed!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Avoid this company!! We incurred damages during delivery back in February and they have neglected to fix this issue! Whoever is in charge of the payable department is a despicable human who does not care to assist with any issues but somehow is the only one to ever answer the phone. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!!
I was looking for a new queen bed. Received fantastic service she was very patient with me and my pickyness. Great selection of products to pick from. The one who helped me, Bonnie was wonderful treated us like friends and helped us through the whole process to get my bed financed, delivered quickly, and when my mattress protector came in later Bonnie delivered it herself to my home in the snow and ice. Best service and Bonnie is the best Thank you!
Missouri furniture is a really great place. We bought a bed there and our sales person was Chris Butler. He not only really cared about getting us the best bed for our desired comfort but made sure we got the best deal as well. After the sale was complete he also called after the bed was delivered to make sure everything was OK and took care of any of our issues that we had. Great place Great people!!!
