My fiancé wanted to gift me a new mattress for Christmas but wanted to make sure I liked it. So he brought me in to try out a few beds. Vivian was our representative and she was phenomenal. She was professional, considerate, kind and very helpful. I appreciate how clear she was with explaining all our options to us. We ended up getting the bed I loved and a sheet/pillow bundle set. I had a really great experience and I love my bed.
Vivian was so awesome! She helped me from the minute I walked through the door. She made sure I was getting what I liked and wanted. She helped me with the quality of the mattress, the price, and what felt comfortable for me to lay on. Amazing customer service! She also got me in and out, the whole process didn't take long at all. I recommend going to this location in Bowie.

Vivian was fantastic! We came in with an interest in the Purple mattresses and she was able to give us the breakdown of the different mattress levels available through Purple. She then used our responses to the different levels to show us comparable mattresses in other brands so that we could get a true feel for all the options available. She was very patient with us as we tested and retested the different types until we narrowed down our decision. We never once felt pressured while also receiving very customized and considerate guidance. We ended up going with a King Purple 3 with an adjustable base and we are so excited to receive the delivery Monday (so quick)!nTypically, when making larger purchases, you get a twinge of buyer’s remorse, but I honestly feel very confident in our purchase. Vivian gave us the time, patience, and knowledge necessary to make an informed and confident decision.
