I don't write reviews very often, but felt compelled to write this one due to the very pleasant experience I have always had in dealing with Butch Affeldt at Bray and Scarff in the Bowie store. Every time I have needed an appliance Butch has come to my rescue – I know that I can depend on him to help me make the right decisions for my house. He truly looks out for his customers. Bray and Scarff is lucky to have this professional! There are Bray and Scarff stores closer to me but I know I can depend on Butch so it is worth the extra travel time to go to the Bowie store. Because I know that I can depend on Butch’s wisdom I am now planning on remodeling my kitchen. THANK you BUTCH!!!

Butch Affedlt is a great salesman! He helped me with my purchase of a new refrigerator over the phone because I didn’t want to go into the store. He explained the differences between the refrigerators that I was interested in and gave me enough information to help me make a decision. He told me he had to check the warehouse to see if the refrigerator I wanted was available. He checked and personally called to let me know it was there and arranged for delivery. The delivery went so well with the delivery team being so professional wearing their masks and explaining how to use the refrigerator. I love the refrigerator, thanks to Butch!

I’m so happy I made the decision to shop Bray & Scarff for a washer and dryer! Butch was awesome-he asked about my needs and then recommended several options. He also checked availability so I wouldn’t have to wait to take delivery. The level of customer service Butch provided is rare nowadays!

The Bowie location was very friendly my salesman Butch was knowledgeable in all areas. We went into the store to purchase a washer & dryer, do to salesman Butch professionalism & knowledge we also purchased a above stove microwave and a knew stove top.nButch affected us in a way we we will never shop any where else for our appliances. We also told our family and friends about our experience . Thank you, Butch!!

My salesperson was JEFF, I purchased a microwave/oven. I am very please with my purchase. My replacement is an upper oven with a microwave/lower oven. Excellent customer service throughout ordering & to delivery. Everything was done by telephone. JEFF'S customer service was outstanding/exceptional. From now on, I will purchase any appliances from Bray & Scarff. I have a new salesperson, JEFF!
