Very quick service if you walk inside and order
Horrible experience! Waited 20 minutes in a drive thru with 5 cars. Should not have taken that long. Then they give me the completely wrong donut. So instead of waiting in the drive thru again I park and go to the door which is locked so I knock and a woman comes to the door but tells me I have to go through the drive thru and they won’t open the door. I understand they are closed due to COVID but they made the mistake and they could have fixed it without letting me come inside. They could have easily brought me the correct donut without letting me in. But instead I have to walk to the drive thru window which is not safe. But I really didn’t want to wait in that line again.
Mornings are great at this location fast friendly service. Order is always correct.nBut was very annoyed that at 8:15 pm the other evening to find out they didnt have any donuts.nWhats up with that?nIf the name of the product is also the name of your store.nYou should serve that product till closing time.
Besides having Wegmans, this shopping center is very disappointing. JCP is closed and the promise of an Avenue experience never happened. Poor planning on part of owner of shopping center. Rating would be lower if not for Wegmans being there.
