I went here with company and they did great. It was my first time in a cold stone and it was really good. I'm very simple so I just had a vanilla cup with strawberry puree and waffle pieces.
Horrible customer service by the manager Kai (Ty??). She had a very RUDE attitude and her team followed her lead...She wouldn't honor a birthday bogo coupon they sent me due to their back office issues. We asked politely if she could still honor it as a show of good customer service, she flatly refused and acted as though my family and I were inconveniencing her. When I inquired as to why she had an attitude, she offered a lackluster apology that was further attitude..This Cold Stone needs to take a good strong look at how they train their people...never been treated so rudely at a cold Stone shop..totally disappointing experience...will find another cold stone nearby to frequent that knows what it means to have decent courtesy for others and good customer service.
Not only this place is very expensive, they always make mistakes with the orders.nBruster’s in Bowie Town Center is sooooooo delicious and their prices are soooooo much better! My family will never go back to cold stone again.

That strawberry puree was perfect and made the whole cup! If anyone loves strawberry topping as much as me than you know there's alot of sub par imposters out there. Cold stone has the good one. Good job!
