Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

They took my appointment online, sent me a text AND email to confirm and remind me of my appointment. I show up and no one answers the door or phone. Just this sign in the door. Totally unacceptable! They took my credit card info and better not be charging me. What an absolute waste of time!!! I’m so frustrated. It’s fine if you’re closed but if so block booking on your website and don’t send out email and text reminders of the appointments!!!!!

I went to Hand & Stone for the first time and I can definitely say I had a great experience! I got a facial done by Sylvia, she was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Shout out to the receptionist Laura who also provided great service!!

Had my first Massage there 1 month ago it was great.

I found my first visit rushed only because I was running late. The front desk staff had me sign just the essential info so I could get started, and the massage therapist let me know of our time limit due to my late start. The staff accommodated where possible, and set boundaries where needed (I know the massage running late would affect the next client). The massage therapist heard my concerns about pain and responded well, and checked in on that during the massage. The one issue I had was with initial scheduling. Apparently the contact person had left the company and I didn't know, so I was emailing her to schedule and not getting a response. When I reached out to the parent company to resolve, they had someone call me shortly after, and I got scheduled. They offer a membership which I will be trying. It was no pressure and I like the conditions. Good experience so far.

I've had a lot of spa experiences before and have to say, I cannot believe how good this place is. Very unassuming, low key location but I've visited 4x already (2 facials and 2 massages) and have had the best experiences. The facial technicians know what they are doing and the environment is about as relaxing as you can get. The massages I've had were coincidentally by the same person and although I don't remember her name she was quite possibly the best experience I've had.
