Worst experience I've ever had in getting my nails done. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. They are over priced and can't do simple things you want done. I still have dead skin on my feet from having a pedicure done, my fingers are cut up from them grinding my cuticles, and the man couldn't even do a simple silver line to finish off my manicure. Highly agitated and the owner was of very little help, didn't even apologize for the lack of service I received, and still charged me full price.
I love going here. The people r so nice and they r always on time so I never have to wait which is good too.
This was my 1st time there and I was so impressed the safety protocol that was in place. I can only imagine what the young man thought when he was taking off the gel polish and the thickness of the acrylic he had to remove. I will definitely be a regular there.
I really had a great initial experience! Professional, and my nails looked good. Got a gel french manicure and then that night noticed a tiny bit of chipping (and I didn’t do anything extreme or out of the ordinary with my hands) Called and went back the next day to fix it and they did. However the following day there were major chips in the nails. I’m not happy about it at allnand disappointed I spent $40+tip for my nails to last (basically) 1-2 days. I understand it might be different after the fix, but to chip the next day is pretty disappointing.
