We came in a week ago and fell in love with a couch at the Westminster location. Everyone there was extremely helpful and personal and not pushy at all. We ended up coming back and purchasing the couch we fell in love with the week before. Glenda was great and gave us time to decide on everything and was very helpful in choosing different colors and patterns and very patient. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences we have had with a large purchase. We will be back for more.
My customer representative is Melanie. She is wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest about the merchandise. I have purchased several items in the last few months and she has been wonderful. I would definitely go back and work with her again.
I would not buy from here during the pandemic. We ordered furniture on 11/1 and was told 8-12 weeks. It is now 17 weeks later and we still don’t have our new furniture after spending thousands. Our salesman (who was great) had been updating us but has now ghosted us and doesn’t respond to anything. We also called the store and left a message but never got a response. Apparently our furniture has been made but has just been waiting to be shipped for weeks now.nnGreat place, nice stuff. Just wait until the world is normal. However, I think they are abusing covid as an excuse at this point.
Do NOT buy furniture from this place. Has been since October since we bought furniture. Still waiting for delivery! They will not call us back. I understand COVID, but really? Could have had a baby by now.
Christina was very personable. She seemed honestly concerned about our questions and concerns and answered honestly and with a good product knowledge base. We appreciated the large variety and styles of sofa/loveseat sets to try out and choose from. Gavigan's will certainly be one of our first stores to shop for furniture the next the next time we are in the market.
