This is, at minimum, the third time I have received a call the day of my appointment to tell me it has been cancelled. They never apologize or even offer to reschedule. I do NOT recommend!

I had my very first professional massage and I have to say it was a relaxing and insightful experience. The staff was informative and took exceptional care to ensure I was well informed and pleased with my service. It was a holistic experience and I will be going back soon. It wasn't just about providing a service, they also seemed to genuinely care about my health and well-being. 10/10 would recommend.
I've been visiting Massage Envy Citiplace for the last 5 years. The front desk staff are always welcoming and polite. Aisha is wonderful and gives an awesome deep tissue massage. She makes sure that I am comfortable and well relaxed. When I first started receiving massages I visited other locations, however, none of them compared to this location and especially to the outstanding service that Aisha provides. Aisha is a phenomenal massage therapist who is excellent with her skills!
