Amazing place to stay. Has restaurants so close by and staff is so nice and sweet. I got a free chocolate chip cookie and it was amazing. That made a difference ud83dude42
Very nice Hotel the room was huge and spotless. It was sad because the Restaurant and Bar were closed (Covid) so we did Door dash. The room was set up for in room dining. Relaxing experience.
Rude staff. Clearly unorganized management. Their work ethic is definitely not up to par for the quality of hotel they claim to be. The overnight person is absolutely horrible. The place is clean, but that's about all I can say positive about it. There are multiple other hotels on the same road and I would highly recommend you try one of them first.
We checked in the room on Friday 4/2. Went to go eat and came back. When we did, there was a HUGE COCKROACH coming out of the water sprinkler. My children were terrified so we decided to leave the hotel. The front desk person that night (Hannah) told me to her manager would have to issue a refund and to call back later. I attempted to contact the hotel today to get a refund and the person who answered the phone (Kay) was so rude and told me to call back tomorrow and that they already gave me a discount! ABSOLUTELY NOT! I need a FULL REFUND. I’m still waiting for someone to contact me back. DO NOT STAY HERE!
