State of Louisiana: Unclaimed Property Division

Don't know how to describe them. If you have unclaimed property, it is either returned fast (my online claim was returned less then a week later) or they sit on it until it grows mushrooms and you're left clueless on if you need to submit further documentation for months (45 business days so far on mailed in, with documentation included) until they deem it worthy of their time to look at it. So right now, don't know if they need additional documentation and I have a feeling that if they do, I'll find out at the last minute and they'll be screaming for it. And the staff sound even more annoyed by having to answer a phone then the individuals at the DMV.nnSo I have to leave this as a three star review as it was fast and responsive for one method and slower then snail snot frozen in a glacier for the other method.
