5 month waiting for them to fix my dishwasher for apartment 225 N everytime I go talk to office they don’t listen as managers changes too much last year n they keep telling me make an order online n each time the maintenance guy comes n try to fix it n fails N yet plates get dirty from it n collect dirty water from sink n smells bad n they don’t care.I told them i need new one.... but they keep changing manager n I m fed up. My only way to get a good working dishwasher to write here. Hoping they can read it .I just need a good working dishwasher. This one is crab n is useless. I can’t live like this with no dishwasher. I even want to upload the pictures of the dishwasher with dirty water accumulating at the end of day from using the sink n other photos of dirty plates coming out of dishwasher
New management of apartment complex is extremely disrespectful to tenants!!!! We have construction under our windows starting from 7am! I am talking about extremely loud construction!nAlso, they shut down the water multiple times per week. Many times without any written notice in advance.nPlace looks dirty and not maintained well.nnAlso, none of construction workers are even trying to wear a mask. It seems like nobody is in charge of safety.nPlease think twice before moving in here. I really like the location but the new management will make your experience very unpleasant!!!!n0 stars!!!!
The new management is very irresponsible. The switch of management happened early 2020. Make sure to check the time when the reviews were posted. Don't expect the management people to think for you or even help you navigate their rules.nnI lost all my deposit because they don't have a written notice of vacate filed 30 days in advance in my file. I admit that they have the right to take all my deposit strictly according to the contract, however good managements reserve this right to deal with unreasonable tenants, instead of as a tool to trick tenants. After my move out they started upgrading my apartment, with zero financial loss due to the absence of the notice.nnI clearly stated in a call that I wasn't renewing my lease 45 days before my lease ended, and I believe that I filled out all the forms that they gave me. No one ever reminded me about this notice when I called, and when they claim that I didn't fill out a certain form I couldn't do anything because I didn't take a picture of the form. I feel that they were happily watching me and hoping that I would forget about this notice so that the can keep the deposit. They even tried to charge me more than the amount stated on the contract.nnOther friends of mine had other annoying experiences with lease renewing, rent paying and deposit, in similar spirits.nnHopefully the new management will grow and keep this place up well.
Terrible apartment with ridiculous management groups. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE REVIEWING TIME!!! THE ONES BEFORE 2020 BELONG TO THE PREVIOUS MANAGER! THE CURRENT ONE IS EXTREMELY TERRIBLE!! The manager is not trying to make the community a better place, instead, they are tricking tenants and taking away our deposits. Moreover, they will not try to help you when you have problem in the lease terms. What they were doing/will do is to argue with you and not try to make any progress and to make as much punishment fee as possible. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!!! THAT'S THE PLAY TO EARN BIG MONEY! CHEERS!nComing back to the apartment itself, most of them face to the main road and are extremely noisy after 6 am. During the football season it was very noisy after the home game was over and the noise won't stop until 1 or 2 am. The AC doesn't work well for two different apartments I've lived and are very noisy. I have to wear earbuds to sleep. No in-unit washer/dryer makes the high price set by the new manager absurd. As you can find in some reviews before, roaches (both died and lived ones) can be found everywhere (inside/outside the apartment) from April to October.nTry not to live here if you have other choices. Save your money and time.nTo the managers: don't reply to me. Our case is completely done. Nothing else can be improved. I'll not give you a call as you said to Wei Li. The bad things you have done to the tenants have already happened. Face to that and stop tricking other residents!nnEdited on July 31st, 2020 after replied by manager:nYea you are working hard to create two-star homes for every tenant with one-star service. Period.
Not recommend and can't agree more with the last review! the previous owner was great but the new one is horrible and arrogant.nnI also lost my deposit due to the short notice and many other residents here also suffered with the same experience as mine. I have been lived in here for 4 years and the previous owner always delivered us a notice early on lease renewal and collected feedback on time. This time I called the new manager two months before I moved out asking about the due of notice, but they never mentioned about the 30 day notice in the call. Now I am feeling this is their trick to take my deposit. Especially my apartment is going to be refurnished after I moving out and technically they have no financial lost but still they try to take my deposit.nnBesides, the rent set by the new management is so high which is ridiculous for apartment with no in-unit washer and dryer. The external AC unit is super noisy and the apartment maintenance is not efficient. It took them one week to restore the power for my friend. Also I lost my package before but the manager not even tried to help.nnAnyway, super disappointed at the new management, not recommended at all.
