Valet and check in were very easy. The staff is super nice everywhere. Housekeeping needs an overall! Hair on the shower walls, took 3 calls to get a blow dryer that needed wiping down, no bags for ice bucket and dirty cups.

I really like this hotel, hence the four stars still. But please find some bleach. Have a maintenance guy come in after cleaners with bleach maybe? Swap out the curtains and bleach them? Oh, and be sure to clean out the last persons hair. Everything else is great even though it’s an old historic hotel. But really, get some bleach. You just mentally feel clean getting out of a dirty shower. Did I say bleach?

We traveled by car over 8 states for a wedding.. Let's just say the most polite person was the bell hop who helped us with our bags. the staff is rude and love to cut you off. The best part is, during a national pandemic they are in a shortage of towels. They can't guarantee that every guest can get enough towels each night and recommend reusing what you can. I'm sorry, that is just as unprofessional as you can get. We are part of a wedding this weekend and this is just unacceptable, especially if I was the bride or groom's family.

The first trip there in May was amazing. This trip was not. We weren't offered a luggage cart, assistance with our luggage, time that coffee and breakfast was being served. I will not stay there again. Not welcoming at all. Only a few were nice.

Stay away!! I typically love the Hilton brand, but I am absolutely sick that we wasted our points to stay here. To say that the hotel staff is rude is an understatement. Valet is awesome and extremely nice - promote those people to all other areas of the hotel. Everyone else desperately needs training in customer service. We will pay to stay elsewhere when we are in town visiting family next time and save our points. We have a toddler and when I called to inquire about a towel for her bath the next morning I did not get to finish my sentence before Robin cut me off to tell me that house keeping was not in to the next morning. Perfectly fine, but at least let me finish talking. The guest service agent was also extremely rude to my husband upon checkin, but he did not get her name. I realize we cannot see smiles through masks, but at least make an attempt to be happy.
