This bakery makes the best king cake I have ever eaten in my life, and I grew up in Louisiana! What is even more amazing about it is that it was that tasty SHIPPED! Their cakes and cookies are delicious and taste homemade. However, they are not the most welcoming in their bakery. I’ve been there multiple times (even when they were in White star) and almost every time the staff was not welcoming or friendly. However, they still have some of the best baked goods around, just be mindful. However I have met the owner multiple times and she’s the sweetest person ever.

CounterspaceBR is the best! Owner, Sarah Joy has perfected her recipes and makes some seriously delicious treats! Staff is always accommodating, professional, and polite. There are always the same great staple items available but also new things to try regularly. Highly recommend the rainbow sprinkle cookies!

Sarah Joy and team made an incredible cake and delicious cookies for my sisters baby shower. I literally could not have asked for better treats. Everything was perfect and it made a great centerpiece for the table.

If you are in Baton Rouge you MUST stop by Counterspace and try their cookies and other delicious treats! Their chocolate chip cookies and sprinkle cookies are so delicious! I can’t wait to try more goodies too. Oh and they also ship their cookies so if you are a cookie lover like me, order some NOW!! You won’t be disappointed! Yum!!
