I worked there for 8 years in the 90's and it was great until they hired a midget to run the plant and start laying off long time employees. Midget man eventually was canned two years later. There is a reason unions exists and this plant has a strong union. Because I was salary I had no protection. It worked out great in the end because I am in a better job with more job security.

Your other location at 810 Hubertville Rd in Jeanerette,La (NOT LABELED ON GOOGLE MAPS) is a TOTAL DISASTER!nThe loading hours as per Brokers are from 7 am till 2pm. Yet you arrive at 6:30 and get chewed at by your so called Security Gaurd for being early then at that your not allowed to dock till 7:30?nHmm but wait there's more. Once docked you wait 3 Hrs to start getting loaded because the Forkclift operaters can't work overtime!! It was only 9am...WHAT THE HECK DO THEY MEAN BY OVERTIME!!nOh and every little indian in there act like a chief rudly telling you to go back to your truck & just wait.nThis is not a professional environment and have INCOMPETANT EMPLOYEES WHOM ARE extremley SLOW! Took 4 Hours to dock, load and receive BOL!nNEVER LOAD HERE!! NOT ANOTHER LOAD WILL BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED FOR YOUR THIS COMPANY!
