This store needs staff training on customer service. My boyfriend purchased a stove for his son. We were initially not going to be given any proof of purchase for him to give when going to pick it up. Since it was a final purchase, they do not offer free delivery so it would have cost 75 dollars to deliver. When his son got there within a couple of hours to pick the stove up and showed a man the receipt for pickup the man responded with I didnt sell no stove and proceeded to find out who sold a f-ing stove. He had to get a dolly and load the stove alone as no one there was willing to help aside from pointing to the stove. I have used Aaron's in the past with no problems but after this experience I am sorry he had to go through that and will never use them again.

Haven't been able to wash for weeks because washer and dryer is broke and been that way since I got it and take very long to fix. I will not be renting from them anymore.

I want to thank you for handling my issue. But still no chair that works and they said it would be delivered today.Two days home wasted on waiting on a delivery and still nothing. I thought he was trying to resolve my issue but no such luck. Still with a chair that doesn't work for a week now.

I rented a mattress from u 8 days ago. i haven't gotten it yet and can't seem to get the truth they keep saying it haven't arrived yet im 54 I've asked even for anything available in store to replace the one I did order they refused to help me with this

I love Aaron's I got an amazing bedroom set with the mattress included for less than $200 a month for 2 years some may think that's high but if u price a completely matching brand new 6 piece bedroom set it's at 2-3000nDollars and that's not including a brand-new mattress with mattress cover that's another 1000 so I got a great deal especially renting to own and the people there are so nice helpful I love it go shop at aarons u can go on line and they ship it to your nearest store trust me u will love it.
