I found what I needed, but the Sales Associates in Customer Service were not helpful at all with helping to resolve a paid bill. Very discouraging.

Very helpful workers took me 2 wht I was trying 2 find!! Decent prices also!
Asked 4 employees that were sitting and talking to one another where an item was located and all I got was, we don't sale those anymore. Yet, the website says they do. They weren't where the website said because they are moving stuff around in store. For d it on another aisle. Didn't buy anything because I didn't appreciate getting gaffes off by 4 employees screwing off.
Very bad customer service. No communication to the customer on delivery times and when you call them they just hang up. Needs better management.
