Doesn't take Amex or MasterCard
Big thanks to greeter Shane. Took time off work and drove 45 minutes to get my groceries and got told I couldn’t enter the building because it’s “senior hour.” There are at most 30 people in the store. Use your brain and don’t abuse the minor amount of power you have. Good job!
Costco has always been a positive experience for me. Having had the opportunity to experience their return policy, especially as someone who at the time did not own a membership themselves was especially gratifying.nnDespite not being a member, but having had received merchandise from their store that did not fit properly, they allowed me to return it for a full refund and grab a replacement that fit. I fully expected to have to negotiate over a refund having not been a member, but it all went smooth from the start.
