It was ok, no specials for me.
Jason in the flooring department was extremely knowledgeable in the types of flooring, installation process, the durability based on our needs (we have dogs), and warranty on each. The information he provided was something we would expect from a high end contractor. Jason definitely provided us the best information possible, making our floor decision a confident one.

September 14: Manager turned my bad situation around and very satisfied.nnThere does need to be more people in customer service. And customer service seems to pass the buck on helping people. Please stop the intercom paging of employees to be somewhere. Have the employee call customer service and verify that the customer is actually being helped.
Went to go purchase new flooring, a guy named Andrew helped us out so much by breaking everything down, figuring costs, getting multiple different floor samples down for us to get a better view, and told us the cost difference between getting the floors installed verses doing them ourselves. Along with showing us everything we would need to do it ourselves and showing us the correct tools!! Great service!!
