I absolutely loved my experience with Turner Furniture. Alison was a phenomenal sales rep where she build a rapport and showed me how much she cared. We went to Turner's Furniture yesterday to buy two chair and a half sized recliners. We were promptly and professionally greeted by Alicia Cappas who talked with us to determine our furniture needs. She made some suggestions and showed us what was available. She discussed pros and cons of different furniture choices, prices and delivery options. We chose and purchased a pair of beautiful chair and a half sized motorized recliners that will perfectly match our new den colors. She fully explained the need and process of their product protection and warranty services and we included to the purchase. She made the entire experience easy and hassle free.
