So my husband and I went in to buy me a new phone December 21. We have been here before and got great customer service. This time not so much. We got two guy’s one who was training and the other one helping him. We ended up buying a IPhone 12 pro max which is over a grand. We had no customer service on helping us pick out the phone and no help figuring out what one would work best for me or even what the difference was. When someone comes in to my work and spends that kind of money they get top of the line service or they get fired. To say the least this was horrible service. Sales person very cocky no help and the trainee couldn’t find himself out of a wet paper bag if he tried. I myself made the sale to TMobile . No help what so ever just give us your money and get out of the store attitude. Not even a thank you or Merry Christmas. I am very disgusted with having to spend that kind of money for that kinda service. You need to make this right Mobile.

The two guys working each had a personalized mask made by their mothers. They were very compassionate considerate and respectful of each other and cooperated to disperse their sales equally. They were extraordinarily well informed both in regards to the devices but policy and procedure and promotions too. I was required to wear a mask in order to enter and everything together just worked to create a feeling of a small hometown communal atmosphere. A comforting provision during such uncertain times. Kudos guys...keep up the great work.

Such knowledge and patience store was so very clean Dmitri Walker should be acknowledged for the patience he has with his customers.I was so nervous t9 spend so much money on 0hones I'm retired and our money means a lot but this young man was so patient that after 2 days and phone calls I was finally able to come to a decision.THANK YOU SO Much Young
