Great military lodging. The room is among the most spacious I've had even for AF lodging. Staff has always been courteous and helpful.nnSadly no pets so your dog gets to sleep in your vehicle unless you get TLF and have a recent copy of shot records.
Hey accommodating quite get away with beautiful scenery
I was lodged in the old dorm rooms. They made two rooms plus the Jack and Jill bathroom in the middle into a single suite. It was fine. WiFi worked well enough. One gripe I had is that there wasn't enough lighting. With all the lights and lamps on, room still felt semi lit. The price was right, though, and I'll likely be back due to my work policy for selecting lodging. I missed free continental breakfast found at most major hotel chains...
My husband and I had a room on Thanksgiving night at the lodge. We got to our room and at first everything was quite nice. I wanted to take a quick shower and the water would never get hot, so I called the front desk and the front desk person said there was no maintenance personnel and the only thing that could be done was to move us to another building. So we had to pack up all our belongings and move to another building. My sister and her husband had a similar experience but they had to pack up twice because of the television not working and no hot water. Other than those problems we would give it another try.
It is clean for the most part but really old. It does not come close to today's standards by any means.
