Been here 3 times in the last week....once drivethu and twice inside. All three experiences were pretty much the same. I observed the staff and they are not moving with any sense of urgency. Took them long enough to even acknowledge I was in the store....
They did not have one donut in stock...no this was not at closing time. Another family arrived after us and was also in shock. The only item they had was muffins so I got one. Guess what...it was a day old muffin. Harder than a rock. Now what about the salesman who handles it to put it in the bag. You know he knew they were old. If I could leave a zero they would get it.
Love the food, amazing customer service. But sometimes they give me extra donuts. (I'm not complaining).
Service has gone downhill @ the 96 location the last few months. The drive thru is extremely slow and drinks are often made incorrectly. This place seems to be terribly managed. Will start driving across town to the Russell location, much nicer and much quicker.
If you forgot to make the coffee just say you forgot don’t lie and say the latte machine is acting up then finally start making it lol. It’s the lying for me. Just be honest
