Turn and RUN the other way! I have NEVER seen such horrific support (or lack thereof). The upholstery of the chair I bought essentially fell apart. (well within warranty) I sent a copy of the receipt, model # etc. No one EVER answers. They simply do NOT answer the phone. You just get a message telling you email them and then they ignore the emails.....Shame on you SEALY for teaming up with this company.
I bought a chair they manufactured under license from Sealy. It is missing an armrest and I have found no way to get them to respond to my inquiries. No one ever answers the phones at this company. I have sent numerous e-mails explaining the situation and have gotten no response. Sealy Technology should be ashamed to license their technology to this company.
Worst support I've ever seen, because there is none. There is no way to contact a human, their phone numbers go right to voicemail where no one ever returns calls, emails go unanswered to their support number.. I've been trying to get a warranty part for over a year and can't get anyone to return my contact attempts. Do NOT buy from this company, beware!!
I really should be giving them no stars. Do not purchase from this company! If you check the BBB complaints, you will see several related to the company not honoring their warranty, Unfortunately they can continue to do this as the BBB and the Georgia Department of Law will not do anything beyond nicely asking the company to work with the consumer. When they ignore these requests, the case is closed.
Agree, these folks are the worse at customer support. I outflanked them and went to Staples customer support and got my problem resolved in 2 hrs and the part I needed the next day. All this after 3 weeks of emails and phone calls. Staples needs to read these folks the riot act if they going to continue having them as a supplier.
