Flor Angycel Johnson was very helpful and polite. She wasn’t pushy on sales and didn’t overstep any boundaries. She let us shop around and take a look at a few different items without bothering us before we made our final decision. She was knowledgeable on everything we had questions about and showed us a few items with hidden compartments. She was great! Couldn’t be happier with our costumer experience today!

Came in to order a recliner that we wanted. Angie was helpful on the sales floor but after the sale we never heard from her again. The recliner was on back order and she scheduled the delivery about two months out.nI called the store twice to check on the delivery date and was assured it would be delivered on the date she told us.nFour days before delivery we were told it would take another month for us to get it delivered . (In the meantime we gave our couch away)nStill no call from Angie who had promised to keep us updated.nBTW I called the store 4 times in one day and only received a recording stating “No one was able to take my call”!!nHorrible customer service.nNow we have to sit on the floor for at least another month!!

Horrible experience at the store. I will never come to this store again to purchase furniture. McKenzie and Tony loaded the wrong merchandise onto the truck and when I spoke to the manager the next day she basically told me that I should have checked the merchandise before I left. Keep in mind I purchased a bedframe that was in a box so me looking at a box would not tell me what was inside. She showed no empathy for the mistake made by the employees. Tony was very apologetic for the mistake that he made and he tried to make it right but it appears that his manager would not honor the solution that he wanted to give me. I also called corporate and spoke to someone that promise to return my call and never did.
