Sofa shopping at Brownlee‘s was a great experience! The sales person Linda was extremely helpful and courteous. Everyone on staff there was so friendly. I was fortunate to get my sofa delivered a week early by two great guys. They were professional and took great care moving the sofa into my narrow foyer and down the hallway to the living room. It truly was a painless and perfect shopping experience! Highly recommend Brownlee’s!!
Darlene was great. So very helpful as well as patient. Very friendly store with great service. My furniture arrived this week. It is gorgeous. Huntington House did a great job on two chairs with fabric that has a pattern. Both chairs match exactly. The matching at the seams is just about perfect. I highly recommend this store.
My first wonderful experience was with Linda who I spoke with on the phone and was assisted with picking out my bedroom set. Very friendly and professional, it was like talking to a family friend and she helped me find what I wanted in short time and made great suggestions. The guys that brought over my furniture was the 2nd good experience they were polite and called to let me know their arrival and on time. They were very professional and made great efforts to get the furniture in with no damage to the house and merchandise. They also ensured I verified everything I ordered was there with no errors. Great job!
Brownlee’s sales associates helped me locate an additional piece of a set I had bought many years ago. They special ordered it and kept me updated on the progress of the shipment. As soon as it arrived at their facility, they called to set up delivery to my home. The delivery specialists were kind and courteous. They laid down blankets to keep from tracking in and damaging the hardwood floor. They put my new piece in place and (without being asked) lifted my heavy TV to place back on top for me. So nice. Would recommend Brownlee’s to anyone looking for high quality furniture and great customer service.
Ask for Rachel, she is awesome. Selection is great. We have bought at at least 5 items there in the past year. Delivery is top notch, they take their time and do it right!
