This is absolutely the worst furniture store I’ve ever been to. Their furniture is cheaply made and came damaged. It took me over a month to return it, after making numerous phone calls, being on hold for hours, to find out that the date they are coming to pick up my return, they are only picking up 1 of 4 items. I had to yet again contact them for the rest of the items. I’m still waiting to hear back from them to see when they will get the rest of this junk out of my house. Nothing here gets done like they say they will. When I initially made my return request, I called back a week later and they said they had no record of it at all. Had to start the process all over again. I absolutely hate dealing with them and will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Horrible experience.
I was told that the latest day for delivery of my furniture wouldnbe on Sept 21, is Octuber now and I’m still waiting...
