Excellent service. Had an issue with my husband’s gaming PC Best Buy geek squad wasn’t able to fix. One trip to Lucent Computer and he had it all figured out and working within a few days and for a fraction of the price we were originally quoted somewhere else. Will definitely keep coming back for all our electronic needs from now on! Can’t recommend him enough!
I should have written review for a long time. I have been taking my laptop to Lucent computer a few time now! Recently, my laptop was not able to turn on and it said it needed to reboot. I had no idea what was going on with it so I took it there and and ask them if I should get a new laptop. A staff was so nice. They literally could sell me a new laptop because my laptop is quite old ,but instead of doing that they recommended me to fix it if it is fixable. Turned out my laptop needed a new hardware replacement. After a few time with Lucent computer, they always offer a reasonable price for my laptop repair and good advice. A staff know what they are doing and what to do to get the best result for their clients.
Wonderful experience! Friendly. Competent. Patient with a technological senior customer. Speedy. Helpful. Affordable. Will return in the future whenever I need Mac repair and assistance.
My laptop is my life, my friend even. So when it started flickering and losing its monitor I joked that it was as if my friend lost their vision. The fine folks at Lucent had it for a few days of diagnostics and a few more to allow the part to come in... two days before expected delivery I received that anxiously awaited phone call that my ole pal can see again.nReasonably priced resolution and honest, friendly employees. I would go here again.
Took my MacBook Air to get repaired due to some water damage. They did a awesome job with my computer. They gave a great price and did way more then I expected they exceed my expectations. I would 10/10 recommend them to everyone I know.
