Me and my two kids came around 7 pm on a Thursday night. And the gal at the front counter was very bubbly and nice. The donuts were yummy and the kids were very appreciative of the kindness shown to them!
Cleaner and new
I came 10 minutes before closing time and the women asked me what can I get for you and then goes silent and then when I get to the window she turns off the lights and so dude comes waving around. Like what’s the point of asking me what’s I’d like to order if your not gonna give it to me and start running away
At least on my two visits seems like the staft need training on how to serve and communicate to customers.
Horrible!!! Always make my drinks so blend. Watered down. Barely any coffee in it. The line is out of control. They get so busy and don’t have enough staff. Waiting time at least 30 minutes every time. I stoped going there.
