Walmart Bakery

Called the bakery line asked questions about a photo image and the lady I spoke with was helpful. Up until I asked her how long would it take for them to print my edible image she started to get irritated. And kept saying look I don’t time myself I cannot tell you how long. I said well can you find out? And she said I don’t time myself I am doing other things I don’t time myself. When she kept repeating herself I told her I just wanted to know so I’m not standing at the bakery waiting and she spoke over me and said Look I’m making cakes and doing other things I don’t time myself. I told her she didn’t have to get rude and she started to get loud and said I am getting rude? I said yes you are and she said I answered all your questions which she did but I didn’t get attitude with her I was being nice because I know she’s working I understand the pressure. But she said bye. She didn’t let me explain I just wanted to know how long so I’m not standing infront of her at the bakery I know it’s annoying when people are looking over you so if I know about how long an hour or less whatever the case may be I can shop for other items while waiting and come back after or if it’s going to take a few minutes I can simply wait by the bakery section. They don’t call you when it’s ready and I wouldn’t want to keep bothering her in person asking if the image was done. But before that she said I cannot tell you I cannot tell you if it’s an hour or a few minutes. I just needed an estimate of about how long I have 2 kids I’m taking with me so I wanted to plan. So yes it’s rude how she got with one question I didn’t get loud I didn’t yell I just wanted an answered it’s anywhere you go you would like to know how long it’s going to take so you can plan the day or your day off. She was kind enough to answer my questions but please try better to help the customer and not give attitude it’s my 1st time trying to purchase a photo image so I wasn’t sure how the process went or if I needed to send it days ahead.

There have been multiple occasions in which I have ordered custom cakes for my daughters' birthday in which they were not ready on time. The first one, there was supposed to be a photo added and they said they did not have the picture, which I made sure was attached to the order form. The second time around I decided to give them another try as they were closest to the house and they claimed to have called me the DAY OF to inform me they did not have the kit for the theme selected. No missed calls, or voicemails. They wanted me to choose a different cake from the front, which did not fit the colors or theme. I was so upset, I was about to leave in tears of fury because I wanted to smash every single cake in sight.

I ordered a cake last month they waited 4 days before my son's 8th birthday which was October the 19 to tell me they didn't have the Sonic decorations for the 2 tier cake I bought ahead of time then a woman suggested that since they where out that I myself go and buy a few Sonic items and they will put them on the cake um no SMH I won't ever order a cake from this Walmart again
