Dr Gross is the best. He is so thorough in explaining everything and so friendly as well. Really makes you feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.nThe whole staff is great as well.nI found Ga Dermatology because they were close to my home but I would go out of my way for the level of care given here. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander Gross.
I'm so thankful for PA Kristen Gregory for finding my skin cancers (twice) and Dr. Gross for treating them. Their spa is awesome too!
I just got out of his office. Dr. Gross is definetly the best. He takes his time explaining and listening to your concerns. He explains everything very detailed and makes you feel confident. I saw him for my extreme hair loss and now I feel confident that everything will go great if I follow his instructions. If you need a dermatologist he is the one to go.
RUN to Dr. Alex Gross... He is the absolute best! And, the staff is always so polite and I’ve never had to wait over than just a couple minutes! They are so respectful of the appointment starting time.nI also love his medical spa services. I always leave with the state of the art, latest skin care products.. Everyone at this facility has been extremely kind and patient with me. I’ve seen a few reviews that did discourage me but I decide to give them a chance and I’m super thrilled that I did. The staff is amazing! Every question that I had was answered in a way that I could comprehend and without attitude! The wait time in the lobby was extremely short and honestly the ladies at the reception desk are such sweet people.
