I was beyond frustrated with a leak in my pool, and was having them come out in a few weeks to repair what a leak detection company had told me was the problem. The leak in my pool got so bad that I contacted Josh (the first person that helped me) and asked him if he could send someone out immediately because my pool was pouring out water. Josh sent out Cole for an emergency visit (my pool was unusable), and Cole did a WONDERFUL job. He was patient, knowledgeable, and got the job done in no time ! Josh and Cole BOTH have restored my faith that there are still good companies to deal with out there. Everything from the initial contact to the upcoming visit (for some smaller repairs) has been flawless. The office gets my praise, as well. Good follow-up and responsive. HIGHLY recommend this company.
We were very pleased with Josh and his crew. They were professional and super organized. The quality and service were great. We got exactly what we wanted. Our pool is beautiful.
Absolute has some of the most knowledgeable pool service techs. They actually care about what they are doing and do their work very thoroughly. They also care about us as people. Yesterday Alisha who knows quite a bit about cars noticed a problem with our personal car that I would have not noticed. That is what I call going above and beyond. My local mechanic said It was a steering problem that could have caused a real problem.
Absolute Pools is the most reliable and professional pool service company I have ever dealt with. They are always responsive. highly recommend them!
