Horrible experience trying to get my van transported. I tried to be patient but I know bad business when the company couldn't accommodate the service I requested and took forever to refund my deposit that I had to hound Ralph over. Please don't use them they will take you through it smh.
I worked here for 3 weeks. Worse experience ever. They lie to you about how much they are going to pay you and just all around unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR CAR. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR SERVICE OR MONEY. THE OWNER IS ALL ABOUT A BUCK. 0 stars if I could’ve put it.
We had our truck transported from Georgia to California this last week and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Samantha was our driver and she was amazing. we were very worried about the previous reviews by others but I want to say we will 100% use this company again if we decide to ship the truck back to Georgia when it’s time to leave Cali. Samantha answered her phone when we called, she was very open with how far she was and expected delivery date and time. They were 1 day after estimated delivery but told us and kept communication open. We highly recommend this company.
