Did a good job with our chairsnReasonable price
Did a nice job on my seat
Just had the top of a cushion re-covered by Casey and it was super quick and the customer service was impressive. I was psyched originally to hear it would be ready next day only to find out a couple hours after dropping it off that it was almost ready! He was hoing to be running errands at a half way point between my house and the shop and offerred to meet me in town to pick it up so I did not have to drive as far. I don't think I've ever had one be so considerate. The care and effort put into this transaction truly made a difference with the week I was having.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Doesn’t stand by his word. Is nearly impossible to communicate with - doesn’t text back or return calls. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your upholstery needs. He may do good work (but I can’t say because I haven’t seen my chairs) but it really doesn’t matter if the items can’t be completed as promised.
I had an occasional chair upholstered with a remanent that was pretty small. He did an excellent job with all details including matching of pattern. It was not an easy project. I would not hesitate to take any project to him. He does excellent work.
