I've ordered twice. First large sectional outside furniture - everything went fine. Second was the matching bench table and chairs. One chair is missing a part, took pictures and notified Dream Home immediately with the photo in a text, and email. They confirmed receipt. It has now been almost two weeks and I've made numerous calls and sent emails about a replacement part or a replacement chair. I have yet to get an answer or a resolution. When you pay over $2000 I expect better customer service and returned phone calls with solutions. Not silence.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company but I’ll provide a short list. Entire staff was so friendly and professional. The phone inquires were handled impeccably. Delivery service was prompt and done flawlessly. From top to bottom Dream Home Interiors was a dream come true for me. I will continue to shop there for all my furniture/interior needs. Thanks to everyone there.

Love Dream Home Interiors!! There website is very user friendly and has live chat available to answer questions. Their showroom is great too. I have purchased and had delivered 2 king panel beds, nightstands and a mattress. They delivered and set it all up for me and it looks fantastic. I still have dressers and a rug that I am waiting for them to come in and get delivered. The customer service and follow up has been AMAZING!! I would highly recommend Dream Home Interiors.

Such a great place! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. This is our second time buying with them and both times have been great. They have a great website where you can browse for all kinds of furniture and their outlet store has some great finds as well. Recommend to everyone!
