Such a super company to work with!! We got several bids and I personally did A LOT of research on Carpet in general. I ended up choosing Alan’s Flooring via a Rec from the “carpet professor” on the web. He highly rec this company and there was a coupon, too! This carpet install was seamless from beginning to end. He encouraged us to prep prior to the team arriving and it certainly helped. I’ve been the residential real estate industry in North Atlanta for well over 22 years and it was a pleasure working with another family owned local company! Fairly priced and terrific installers! Will also be rec them to my clients and friends! Jesus also did another house we have in North Fulton and it was ditto service as mentioned above.

Their showroom was impressive...any type of flooring...they do it! Prices are more competitive than the home improvement stores and their service...outstanding! Gabby listened to my needs, assisted me with my selection and explained to me different options available. Never any pressure, very professional and customer focused. They treated me like their #1 customer even though their phones were constantly ringing and the foot traffic into their showroom was nonstop. They provided me a quote right away and were upfront with their costs. They checked the stock and gave me an accurate estimate for earliest date of installation. They penned me in for the date I wanted. The installer, Victor, showed promptly, surveyed the worksite and got to work right away. They worked fast and professionally, they were done within couple of hours and not a spec of dust left behind! Jesus followed up promptly with me after the installation and ensured everything was to my expectations! They far surpassed my expectations, their prompt follow-ups and customer service are benchmark, they make you feel special! I will only go to them for all my flooring needs!

The team at Alan’s flooring is all about customer service. They were extremely helpful during the decision making process and did an amazing job with the installation of the hardwoods and carpet. Any issues I had were resolved quickly. Thank you for helping me update my home. I love it!

We recently had the opportunity to work with the team at Alan's Flooring and our entire experience from determining what type of flooring would be best for our home to final install could not have been a better experience. All our questions were answered by their knowledgeable team members and quotes were provided on several flooring options to assist in our decision making. Care was taken to be sure our flooring area was properly prepped and the work was handled in great detail all the way through to the clean up at the end. Jesus and the team at Alan's Flooring provide wonderful - and hard to find - customer service and they excel and making sure the customer is happy. We'll recommend them to anyone who asks and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I shopped for flooring ( Mohawk laminate) for several months, getting four estimates before making the decision to use Alan's.nJesus was very helpful in the Decision making process, Answering all my questions...I never felt pressured.nAlan's installers were great! I especially appreciated how neat they were, cleaning as they worked, relieving my fear of allergic reaction to dust.. You can trust Alan's to do excellent work!
