This is the second time I have purchased from this store with the sales associate, Kathleen. (I think this his her name, initials are KC on the invoice). Both times, there were no sale pressures and the process was so easy. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I am very happy with my purchases!

Walked in and heard an employee on the phone in the back, we weren't acknowledged. It also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Will not return, do not recommend.
