Honestly hands down the best customer service I've ever recieved. Employees are going above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend driving past 5 other tmobile stores to come to this one for the people.
Honestly this is an amazing phone there are no technical issues ever and the camera is pretty great... The only issues were the fragility and the screen brightness
Horrible customer service! Why do I have to ask 20 questions to find out my options? My family and I went in today to find out our options for upgrading our phones. We got zero guidance. We did get a lot of it depends. The girl helping us didn't have a clue and the one that did treated us like an announce .nWe weren't set on any particular phone just wanted to know the deals. We were told that the buy one get one was only if we added another line and we said we already have 4 lines. They actually told me they didn't make money on the phones only the service and their focused was on obtaining new customers from other companies. Really? I've been a tmoblie customer for 7 years and I've always loved my Tmoblie and I'm seconds away from switching companies. Be nice Market Place! Its customer service that makes or breaks you!!!
