They helped with a Macbook Air that had the screen fail. I attempted to fix it myself and in the process broke couple of other parts/connections.nExperimax was able to undo the damage at very reasonable price.nnThe one area that they could improve is communicating the status. I had to call in every time to get an update. No email/text updates. But, apparently this is not happening to everyone... maybe a question of consistency & training.nnI do certainly recommend these guys for all things Mac.
