i have three items that i am currently paying off. i have two more for two items and six or seven more for the other. i’ve been dealing with them for almost two years now and have had no issues. i actually plan on getting another item once i’m done paying the two off. they have been polite when we speak on the phone and when i go there in person. thanks guys for doing a great job.

I went to this Aaron’s today and the customer service was horrible. I got there around 11 and I really wanted to know the price of this one TV. After not being approached for 15 minutes I went up to a counter to get assistance. He said give him 2 minutes while he checks on something. Next thing I know another 10 minutes go by. It’s now 11:30 ish and I haven’t been helped and all I wanted to know was the price of the TV.

These people are the rudest and most forgetful, I've ever encountered.. they will call you three days before your payment is due and have shown up to my house two weeks before my payment was due.. I will never due business with this store again. Just feel completely disrespected by the manager

Came in looking advice on a TV and was not able to get any more information about purchase than I found online. Only half the TVs were even on to see what the picture quality was like.

Was all fine until new management. Since, both quality of the furniture and delivery have been awful. Pieces have hidden damage they don’t disclose to the buyer. Will not be returning again, felt like I was getting cheated on the rare occasion I could even find staff to talk to.
