I am pretty handy with computers and hate having to go to get a computer repaired. I found myself in a tough situation that I was unable to resolve on my own and took my beloved laptop to Pro Computer. Not only did Sheldon get me back in order, but he was able to get me back and going within an hour and totally alleviating the pressure of needing my computer working immediately. Extremely knowledgeable as well as very fast and friendly service.nnI would recommend them to any of my friends and family. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

Very good service. Went in for a data transfer from one hard drive to another. Very easy and the price was well worth it.
After being told our computer screen could be fixed and paying the down payment, we get the call that it cannot be repaired and that only a portion would be refunded. You should stand by your word and if you can't do what you claim then refund money. Our family has purchased computers here before but never again. Beware when getting repairs and paying money upfront..
I took my computer here and Jennifer was super friendly and took the time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. They fixed my laptop and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!!
