Do not, and I repeat DO NOT EVER buy a Samsung Appliance. If you ever have an issue, you are in for a world of hurt. We are WEEKS into attempting to get a functional washing machine delivered and no one can get us any answers. What a nightmare.
I had a very very bad experience with Samsung refrigerator. I’ve bought a side refrigerator just 2 years ago and it has not been working for 1 mounts. I called Samsung to send sb to repair it. After 2 weeks he came and said it is unrepairable and it has a factory problem. Samsung has to replace it. We called Samsung but nobody took the responsibility and they didn’t care. They asked us the receipt but we don’t have that anymore so they have a good reason to ignore us. They want a price of paper after 2 years whereas the refrigerator and the model number and it’s serials number is in our hand.
Basically it's a best buy, but the guy I talked to was quite competent about Samsung stuff.
Honest employees and very helpful. I was with a relative that though he had a cracked lens but the employee showed him it was just the protective cover.
