Went in today and none of the staff were wearing masks. Seems a bit selfish considering there's a raging pandemic going on. We left as soon as we noticed and bought cookies are Barnes and Noble..everyone was masked there. Not a political debate, simply a health and safety perspective. Because of this, I doubt I'll return in the future.

I would really love to know how to email the owners of this store! Me and my mom and daughter went in today and got a cake last min. The lady that helped us Kayla was so nice. She has such a good customer service work ethic from the time we walked in we were greated with a big smile. She took my cake order as my child was having a tantrum. She made my daughter's day she started to talking to her and cheered her up by giving her a sticker so good with kids. Also she had a injury to her hand as she was in a brace and still decorated a cake for us in 15 min. She looked as if she was in pain but she pushed through. I just don't know how to explain how much this girl mad a impact on my day. And my daughters as well. This kind of service is much needed in other places. Please inform the owner of this store to let them know what a wonderful employee they have and tell miss Kayla thank u again for everything and the beautiful cake she did for my mother as well we will most definitely be coming there for all our cakes from now on and also tell all family and friends.

I ordered a cookie cake for my son's 18th Birthday during the quarantine. At first they were not sure they would be able to deliver because of having to shut down. However, a couple of friends also ordered a cake for the same day and the store called to tell me they would be closed starting Saturday for business, but in decorating cakes on Monday for mine and some others. I just went to pick it up and its Amazing!!! They did a great job and it means so much that I was able to give this to my son for his Birthday in quarantine. Thank you so much. Please everyone, do what you can to keep these businesses going! I wish I could cpost a picture of the cake.
